'Jesus is _______.' was a series that a pastor out of the Seattle area did about two years ago. It is an awesome series! From that series I have been working on a list of who God is I want to challenge you today to read this list out loud, for two weeks straight, first thing in the morning. Getting to know God in these ways can be very powerful in your life! It takes two minutes to read. If you have any to add or verses to add let me know!

Jesus is my heart, my purpose for living, my freedom when I'm hemmed in, my energy when life slows to a crawl, my fellowship among believers and in my aloneness, my light that chases the darkness away, the salt that flavors my ordinary, my highway to holiness, my all in all, the joy of my wake-up call, my sunrise and the setting of the sun, my companion as we talk through the day and converse through the watches of the night, my advocate when set upon by misunderstanding, my vision when the way is uncertain, my encourager when frustration moves in, my relief in times of stress, my hiding place, my refuge, my challenger, my mission, my life, my champion, my delight, my priority, my prosperity, my proclamation, my praise, my promise. How marvelous is the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
